The Originator
Paula Williams Ed.D
Paula Williams, Ed.D., is a supporter of education in communities. She serves as an Administrator Coordinator by day and manages nonprofits in the Chicago and Ferguson areas by night. She is a natural liaison and has never met a stranger. She believes someone knows someone who can assist with any situation and she never stops until the solution comes.
She uses creative methods to make Unstoppable Extended Hands (UEH) sustainable by submitting grants, winning pitch competitions, and fundraising through donors, organizations, and partnerships. She is determined to assist displaced children and families with becoming stable and self-sufficient.
She is a mother of two and a grandmother to three. She enjoys walking in various parks with the family dog, playing and reading books with her grandchildren, and spending time with her husband, the love of her life.
She is a member of the Shalom Church Toastmasters and serves as the Vice President of Education and the Area Director of District 18. She is glad to serve as the founder of Unstoppable Extended Hands, officially, since 2016, but the Good Work began in 2008.

Jazmine Summerville
TREASURER
Jazmine Summerville is an Author, Wife, and Mother of three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, both near and far.
In her spare time, she takes advantage of any opportunity to read, write and hone her skills.
She has always been an advocate for children and their families and hopes to continue to do so by spreading the vision of Unstoppable Extended Hands, founded by Mrs. Paula Williams.
Ladonna Mitchell
CAREER LIAISON
LaDonna Mitchell is an HR professional at a major university in the Chicagoland area. She enjoys working with people and helping those in need.
Whenever possible she shares her testimony of all the miraculous things God has done in her lifetime, from being jobless and homeless to experiencing promotion and elevation in her HR career.
She owns and operates a resume and employment coaching business called CareerQuake, as well as a table, chair, and yard sign rental business, called Pair of Hands Xpress.
Some of her hobbies include traveling, reading, and skating. She enjoys learning new things, listening to music, and spending time with family.
Thi Nguyen, PhD
ST. LOUIS COMMUNITY LIAISON
Thi Nguyen, Ph.D. is an educator, scientist, national speaker, and community connector. She serves equity and inclusion committees at her children's schools, church, and nonprofits in the St. Louis area.
She is passionate about inclusive and caring learning environments and has served university students in San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, and now St. Louis.
She is a parent of two elementary school kids and their family enjoys hiking, listening to audiobooks, and watching football together.
She is glad to serve on the board for Unstoppable Extended Hands.
Bernard Holmes
EDUCATION LIAISON
Mr. Bernard Holmes found out about Unstoppable Extended Hands from one of his best friends, Xavier Barnslater, after being introduced to Mrs. Williams, she invited him to become a member of UEH.
He is an active member and representative of Men IQ, an organization dedicated to changing the stigma of black men in America. Their goal is to dictate that narrative to reflect emotionally intelligent black men.
Ultimately, he wants to assist communities that need more love. He wants to help people who look like him and come from similar backgrounds. He is passionate about helping other people. He is learning to walk by faith, and exercise spiritual training through giving, sharing, and leading by example through community outreach programs.
He enjoys learning with his children, reciting progressive affirmations that have transformed how they value themselves, and laughing together about every silly thing. His children are his motivation, and he loves creating a warm, loving environment where they can thrive.
Timothy McGuire
EDUCATION LIAISON
Mr. Timothy McGuire has been with the Ferguson-Florissant School District since the 2010-2011 school year when he was hired as a Kitchen Manager at Vogt Elementary.
Later in his career, he was asked to manage Lee-Hamilton, where he attended 1st-6th grade. A few years later he decided to take his hospitality background to the main office as Office Manager.
He is a highly motivated, energetic office professional with a strong work ethic aspiring to attain professional goals. He is known for sustaining high morale by providing world-class service and a sense of purpose and direction, displaying professionalism, demonstrating leadership by example, taking accountability, and getting the job done. Currently Serving the district as the Student Records Custodian for the district.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and serving the homeless community of St. Louis. He enjoys cooking and baking, He has a background from L'ecole Culinaire Culinary Arts Degree and Saint Louis University Hospitality Management Degree.
